News of Nebbiolo can be traced back as far as 1268, and, together with Barolo and Barbaresco, it makes up the triad of the best products obtained from the Nebbiolo grape.
The Savoys considered it one of the wines they most preferred, and is said that they used it often as a subtle means of introduction in the diplomatic field.

A wine that is indubitably "superior" after aging. Suitable with the savoury dishes of the Piedmont 's cuisine, with red meat and ripe cheeses.
Best serving temperature:
18° - 20°C.
Uncork the bottle a couple of hours before serving the wine.
Organoleptic data
Colour : more or less deep ruby-red, with pomegranate red reflections after aging.
Bouquet : characteristic tenuous and delicate reminiscent of violets, which improves and becomes more marked after aging.
Taste : dry, pleasantly sweet taste, a food body, tannic to the right degree, velvety and harmonious.
