A vine of extremely ancient origins and “rediscovered” in the last decades, it grows in the southern part of Piedmont , in Roero to be precise, situated north of the Langhe, on the left bank of the River Tanaro.

An elegant and delicate wine, rich in fragrances and with a wide range of ethereal notes that an expert connoisseur can recognise and appreciate.

Alcoholic content : 12.5 – 13% vol.

 

 

Pleasant as an aperitif, but recommended with hors d'oeuvres, fish-based dishes and first courses.

Ideal serving temperature: 10° C.

Organoleptic characteristics

Colour : a more or less intense straw-yellow colour with light greenish reflections
Bouquet : delicate, fresh, intense, of flowers and exotic fruit
Taste : delicate and extremely elegant, harmonious, fresh and pleasant, with a good structure that is in equilibrium with its moderate acidity.
