Gavi is obtained from Cortese grapes alone, a species of ancient origin that, in Upper Monferrato, in the southern part of the province of Alessandria , gives us the most important of Piedmont 's dry white wines.

Gavi di Gavi is the selection of this wine, produced with grapes grown in Gavi village.

A wine with body and an optimum structure that allows it to withstand a moderate aging. Magnificent wine for serving with hors-d'oeuvres.

Best serving temperature:
10° - 12° C.

 

Organoleptic data

Colour : more or less tenuous straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Bouquet : delicate and characteristic bouquet, with a hint of fresh fruit.
