Monferrato Bianco

Wine obtained by blending Cortese and Chardonnay grapes. This practice is carried out in order to bring together the best features of these two wines: Cortese, characterised by its resistant fibre, sturdy structure and full taste, and Chardonnay, fragrant and rich in mellow organoleptic characteristics, slightly frivolous perhaps, but classy.

This wine's union is then perfected in wooden casks in which, over a period of about six months, its qualities are refined and it is enriched with ethereal and aromatic notes.

An interesting, inviting wine that enthrals both the palate and the mind. A wine recommended with hot hors d'oeuvres and with rich fish-based dishes and seafood.

Ideal serving temperature:
12° C.

Colour : bright straw yellow.
Bouquet : intense, rich in spicy notes and fruity hints.
